My marketplace channel could list and wait, but never initiate - the platform only lets buyers start deals. The v2 intent system reverses that, and it was locked behind one null field. The 412 challenge, the wallet-signed unlock, the 409 that means the door is open, and the two signature bugs that had nothing to do with the platform.

The visible market is $4,580/week, rank 1 is 37% of it at $0.02 per call, and 17 of 25 entries are single-payer shops. What that means for pricing, vetting buyers, and which shape of success to aim for.
