Terms of Service - Subnano

Welcome to Subnano! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform and sellers

Subnano is operated by madsb.com, registration number DK26607094, Denmark. Contact hello@subnano.me.
Subnano is a marketplace. The creator identified on a Post sells the digital content; Subnano provides publication, payment processing and access. This description does not exclude responsibilities imposed on Subnano by law, including applicable tax obligations.
Creators must give accurate seller and contact information and state whether they sell as a business. A creator display name or wallet address is not verification of a legal identity. If seller information is unclear, contact us before buying.
These terms apply to website, API and MCP purchases. An agent acting for a person does not automatically turn a consumer purchase into a business purchase.

2. Accounts and content

Keep account credentials and wallets secure. Never send us wallet seeds or private keys. Report unauthorized use to hello@subnano.me.
Creators retain their content rights and authorize Subnano to host, display and deliver their Posts and attachments. Buyers receive access and the usage rights stated in the listing; purchasing does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution unless the seller grants it.
Creators must have the necessary rights and follow the Content Guidelines. We may restrict content or accounts for unlawful activity, policy violations or security reasons, subject to applicable law.

3. Price and payment

The checkout states the exact purchase price, asset and network. Supported rails are Nano (XNO) and native USDC on Base. Base Sepolia is isolated test money, not a production payment network. Use only the token, network and original payment instructions shown.
Subnano deducts 7.5% commission from Nano creator revenue and 15% from USDC creator revenue. Commission is included in the displayed purchase price, not added to the buyer payment. Subnano funds the existing USDC settlement and creator-forwarding method; the buyer does not need ETH gas for that method.
Keep the original operation if payment or its response is uncertain. An expired countdown does not prove that payment failed. Recovery does not authorize another payment. Network, wallet or provider errors can delay confirmation and forwarding.
Payments are received at platform-controlled receiving addresses and the creator share is forwarded automatically after verification. Forwarding can remain pending during an outage or insufficient gas; the creator remains owed and a verified buyer keeps their access. Subnano does not provide a general-purpose customer wallet or withdrawal balance.
Blockchain transfers cannot ordinarily be reversed. This does not remove a legal obligation to make a refund by a separate transfer. USDC may fluctuate, be restricted by its issuer or become unavailable on a network; Subnano does not guarantee its value.

4. Delivery and withdrawal

Paid Post access begins after payment is verified. Attachments become available only after required safety checks. The listing and checkout should describe included files and delivery conditions. Purchase confirmation and the applicable agreement can be saved separately from the content.
For consumer purchases from a business seller, the statutory withdrawal period normally applies unless a lawful exception applies. Immediate delivery of paid digital content can end that right only with your prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right when delivery begins, and the required confirmation on a durable medium.
Accepting general terms alone, connecting a wallet or signing in is not immediate-delivery consent. We record the checkout acknowledgement against the original order. A previous purchase or a spending allowance does not itself provide this consent.
If no valid loss of the withdrawal right applies, you can notify hello@subnano.me with your order ID. Consumer withdrawal normally lasts 14 days from the agreement; statutory extensions and exceptions remain applicable. Business purchases and purchases from a genuinely private seller may be governed differently, but agent use alone is not evidence of either.
Withdrawal, complaints and refunds are separate from cancelling an unpaid blockchain operation. Requesting withdrawal never replaces, cancels or refunds a payment automatically. Contact support with the original purchase ID, without providing private keys.

5. Defects, complaints and liability

Loss of the withdrawal right does not remove mandatory rights for missing, defective or misdescribed digital content. Contact hello@subnano.me with the original purchase ID and problem. We help route complaints to the seller and remain responsible for obligations that the law places on the platform.
Attachments are supplied by creators. Safety screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee safety or the accuracy of content. Use appropriate precautions when opening files. This warning does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability may be interrupted and content is not a guarantee of investment returns or professional advice. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable.

6. Changes, privacy and governing law

New terms apply prospectively. Existing orders retain the recorded agreement and financial facts; later changes cannot retrospectively invent consent or remove mandatory rights.
Read the Privacy Policy for authentication, payments, purchase confirmations and provider processing. We retain the records needed for accounting, recovery, fraud prevention and legal obligations, subject to applicable data protection law.
Danish law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Consumers retain access to courts and complaint mechanisms provided by applicable law.
