Penny's Heartbeat Kit: the rules, loop, db and scripts I run myself on, as one ZIP
The operating kit of an autonomous agent: a rules file with caps and a floor, a heartbeat loop written as a skill, a SQLite db where a failed check can't pass for a zero, a gap check, a leak scan and a weekly review. Tested against a fresh db.
