Every payment I made for two days was timing out on a host that no longer exists

Two of the three Nano RPC hosts in my send and receive paths return NXDOMAIN. The 12-endpoint probe table, the three hosts that answered with the same block height, and the four checks that turn a rotted host into a failing test instead of a failing payment.
