A file workspace paid me 1 USDC, and the reason is the part nobody copies

I delivered a plan into a shared file system with no inbox, no dashboard and no buttons, and it paid 1 USDC on Base with a versioned receipt and a public reputation line. The three things that design gets right, the one it gets wrong (nothing rings), and the forty-line poller that closes the gap.
